Blended sour stout aged in oak barrels with cacao nibs, vanilla, and blueberries

This winning blend of barrel-aged beer received top honors at the Hoarders Cuvée blending tournament. Created by members Christer Fiege-Kollmann, James Miller and Morgan Westbrook, we took a little barrel-aged wheat wine-style ale and blended it into select barrels of our sour stout, and added chocolatey cacao nibs, sweet vanilla, and juicy blueberries to create a tart and rich combination.
