Bourbon Barrel-aged Wheatwine Ale Cofermented with Northern Spy Apples | 15.5% ABV
What the graf?! Alongside our friends at ANXO Cider, we got inspired by the graf (beer-cider hybrid) trend and past apple-y favorites like Anxoreux. The result: a wheatwine ale cofermented with Michigan-grown Northern Spy Apples, resulting in a sweet, crisp, ever-so-slightly tart base flavor. We then aged it in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for added depth and complexity.

Tequila barrel-aged sour ale with agave, limes, strawberries, and sea salt | 15.6% ABV
¡Más fresa, por favor! This strawberry margarita-inspired imperial sour ale is sure to get the fiesta started. After aging in tequila barrels for the heat and spice you’d expect, we added agave, limes, strawberries, and sea salt to mimic the vacation-worthy flavors. Garnish with a salt rim and lime wedge, or enjoy it as is. ¡Salud!

Rye Barrel-Aged Smoked Barleywine Ale | 14.6% ABV
Hey Smoking Wood fans, this is for you! The key player here is smoked beech wood-infused malt, giving rich, smoky character. A combination of rye malt, giving spice, and time in rye barrels, lending boozy notes of burnt caramel, gives balance to the charactistically sweet notes of a barleywine ale. Cheers to our Maine-based friends at Barreled Souls for this collab!
