Roger that! More Coconuts coming right up. The third in our coco-nutty trifecta, we treated this bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with copious amounts of coconut and just a touch of vanilla for balance. Sweet but not too sweet; nutty but not too nutty; this coconut treat is juuuuust right.

Oak Barrel-Aged Sour Ale with Limes, Orange Peels, and Peppermint | 8.4% ABV
We couldn’t let you just have the Last Word— we needed to do you one better. We give you The Written Word: a play on the cocktail of the same name, with limes, orange peels, and a touch of peppermint echoing the key notes in the zesty concoction. Our oak barrel-aged sour ale provides a perfectly tart base for this unforgettably brilliant beverage.

Bourbon Barrel-aged Wheatwine Ale with Blueberries, Raspberries, and Vanilla | 12.7% ABV
Get out the grill and prepare for fireworks; this patriotic wheatwine ale is ready to party! After aging in bourbon barrels for a delicious depth, we treated this batch of W.O.S with blueberries, raspberries, and vanilla for a fruity-sweet treat to enjoy on Independence Day or any day.

Juicy India Pale Ale with Kiwi and Watermelon | 6.3% ABV
To pair with its unique and innovative naming convention, we crafted ///Dolphin.Escape.Bikes with Cashmere and Sultana hops for fruity, citrusy character, then dry-hopped with El Dorado and New Zealand Nelson Sauvin for additional sweet fruit and nearly vinous notes. The addition of sweet kiwi and bright watermelon bring this juicy IPA to life. Enjoy with friends!
