Imperial sour blonde ale with Roussanne and Viognier grapes aged in wine barrels
Roussanne and Viognier Grapes were natively co-fermented with wort in open-top puncheons before barrel aging in a mix of French and American Oak. The grapes for this white wine hybrid were sourced from the Santa Barbara Highlands Vineyard and barrel-aged for 10 months.
